How Tasks4Access works
Six simple steps: your child completes a chore or task, you approve the work, and the apps you chose unlock as the reward.
Connect the child device
Pair the child device to your family and confirm protection is ready.
Create a task
Add something that needs to be completed, from homework to tidying a room, or pick “Use a saved chore” to reuse one you’ve already set up, instead of typing it again.
Choose apps to restrict
Pick the apps that stay unavailable until the task is approved.
Child completes the task
The child sees the task, completes it and submits it for approval.
Parent approves
Review the completed task from the parent dashboard. If it’s not quite right, send it back with a short private note instead; your child sees only that explanation, not an open chat, and resubmits the same task.
Access is unlocked
The chosen apps become available for the reward period you selected.
