Earn a thank-you contribution for referring families
Individuals and organisations (schools, clubs, charities, community groups) can apply to become a Tasks4Access partner. Once approved, you get a unique referral link and code to share, at no cost to the families you refer.
Who is this for
Two things have to line up: who can be a partner, and which families count.
Who can apply
Any individual or organisation with a genuine audience of families who might benefit from Tasks4Access -- including creators, schools and PTAs, clubs, charities, and organisations more generally. Approval is at Tasks4Access discretion.
Which families qualify
A family that has ever paid for Tasks4Access before cannot generate a new referral commission if they return; referrals only reward genuinely new subscribers. Free/unpaid preview accounts never earn commission on their own.
What you earn
For each family who subscribes using your link or code, you earn a share of their first three successful monthly payments. Annual subscriptions are coming soon and will earn 18% of the first successful annual payment instead.

Annual subscriptions — coming soon
An annual referral will earn 18% of the family's first successful annual payment, once when that payment succeeds. No further commission is earned on its renewals. The same 30-day pending period and refund rules apply.
For monthly subscriptions, no further commission is earned from the fourth payment onward. A family can only ever be attributed to one partner, permanently, on a first-valid-referral-wins basis; a later link can never override an earlier one.

Get approved
Once approved, you receive a unique referral link and code, plus reporting access instructions.
Share
Share your link or code with families -- at no cost to them, and no extra cost for using it.
Get paid
Each earning is held pending for 30 days after the family's successful payment, then becomes payable. Payable balances are paid out monthly by bank transfer, with no minimum payout threshold. If a payment is later refunded or successfully disputed, the corresponding commission is reversed -- proportionally for a partial refund, in full for a full refund -- including as an offset against a future payout if the commission had already been paid.
Charities are welcome
A few extra details for charities applying to the Programme.
Registered charities can apply to become a Tasks4Access partner alongside creators, schools/PTAs, clubs and other organisations -- select "Charity" on the application form and give us your charity's registration number.
Because your charity is a charity, we verify your charity's identity by hand before your charity's referral link goes live and before any payouts can be made -- we'll be in touch after you apply if we need anything further. This is the same commission structure as every other partner (for example, if a family you refer pays £9.99 for their first month, your charity would earn 30% of that payment), it simply takes a short manual verification step first.
As with every partner, no bank details are ever collected by Tasks4Access at any stage -- payout details are always verified and arranged directly with you, outside this system, before any transfer is made.
A worked example
Illustrative only -- not a promise or estimate of what any particular charity will actually raise. Figures below use the current Standard plan price (£9.99/month) and assume every referred family completes all three of their commission-qualifying monthly payments (30% of the 1st, 20% of the 2nd, 10% of the 3rd -- see "What you earn" above). Real referral volume, the plan price, and how many payments a family actually completes all vary, so actual totals will differ. This monthly example does not describe the coming annual commission.

Privacy, built in
As a partner, you can see only your own aggregate totals: visit counts, sign-ups, paying referrals, and earnings. You never see a referred family's name, email, or any payment details. Tasks4Access collects only what is needed to run the programme; see our Privacy Policy for details.
