Partner Agreement

Version 2026-09-16.1 · Last updated: September 2026

This document is AI-drafted operational copy describing how the Programme works. It has not yet been through formal/professional legal review and should not be treated as final legal text until that review has taken place.

This Partner Agreement explains how the Tasks4Access Partner Referral / Fundraising Programme (“the Programme”) works. It applies to anyone who applies to, or is approved as, a Tasks4Access partner (“you”, “partner”). It supplements, and does not replace, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which also apply to you. If anything here conflicts with those documents on a matter they both cover, the more specific term in this Partner Agreement governs the Programme itself.

Who can apply

Anyone with a genuine audience of families who might benefit from Tasks4Access can apply, under one of five partner types: Creator, School / PTA, Club, Charity, or Organisation (a general organisation that is none of the more specific types). Approval is at Tasks4Access’s discretion. Submitting an application does not itself make you a partner, and does not entitle you to a referral code or any commission, until an application is approved.

Charity applicants. If you apply as a Charity, we additionally verify your charity’s identity by hand — including your charity registration number, provided as part of your application — before your referral link goes live and before any payouts can be made to you. As with every partner, no bank details are ever collected by Tasks4Access at any stage; payout details are always verified and arranged with you directly, outside this system, before any transfer is made.

How you apply and get approved

You apply at /partners/apply by providing your name (and organisation name, if applicable), a contact email, and accepting this Partner Agreement and our Privacy Policy. No bank details are ever collected as part of an application. We review every application by hand. If approved, you receive an email with your unique, shareable referral link and code, a summary of the Programme, and reporting-access instructions. If a preferred referral code you request is already taken, a different code is assigned automatically.

Your referral link and code

Once approved, you get a unique referral link (https://tasks4access.com/refer/<your code>) and the underlying code itself, which you can share with families at no cost to them. Your code is personal to you (or your organisation) and must not be shared as though it belonged to someone else, or used in a way that misrepresents your relationship with Tasks4Access.

Which families qualify

A family qualifies for attribution to you the first time they use your referral link or code, provided they have never previously paid for a Tasks4Access subscription. A family that has ever paid for Tasks4Access before does not generate a new referral commission if they return. Free/unpaid preview accounts do not earn commission on their own. Once a family is attributed to you, that attribution is permanent for that family on a first-valid-referral-wins basis — a later referral link used by the same family can never override an earlier one.

What you earn

For each family attributed to you who subscribes and pays, you earn a share of their first three successful monthly payments:

  • 30% of the family’s first successful monthly payment.
  • 20% of the family’s second successful monthly payment.
  • 10% of the family’s third successful monthly payment.

For monthly subscriptions, no further commission is earned from the family’s fourth payment onward. Annual subscriptions are coming soon. When available, a referred annual subscriber earns you 18% of their first successful annual payment, once when that payment succeeds. Annual renewals do not earn further commission. This annual rate is separate from the monthly 30% / 20% / 10% schedule; the schedules are not added together. These rates apply to the Programme version in effect when the qualifying payment is made; a later change to the Programme’s rates does not retroactively change commission already calculated on a past payment.

Commission is earned only when a qualifying payment succeeds. If a monthly subscriber cancels before their second or third payment is taken, no commission is earned or owed for payments that were never taken. For an annual subscriber, the 18% commission is earned when their first annual payment succeeds, subject to the pending period and refund rules below.

When and how you get paid

Each commission is held pending for 30 days after the family’s successful payment, then becomes payable. Payable balances are paid out monthly by bank transfer, with no minimum payout threshold. We never collect or store your bank details through the Tasks4Access website or app; payout details are verified and arranged with you directly (for example by a phone call or a pre-arranged transfer detail already on file outside this system) before a payment is made, and only a transfer reference and date are then recorded against your payout.

Refunds and disputes

If a family’s payment is later refunded or successfully disputed (charged back), the corresponding commission is reversed — proportionally for a partial refund, in full for a full refund or a successfully disputed payment. If the commission had already been paid out to you, the reversal is instead recorded as an offset against your next payout, rather than reversing a payment already made.

Your reporting access

You can sign in to your own reporting dashboard at /partner/report using only your contact email — there is no partner password. You can see your own aggregate totals only: link visits, attributed sign-ups, paying referrals, and earnings (pending, payable, paid and lifetime), plus your payout history. You never see a referred family’s name, email address, or any payment details; see our Privacy Policy for how we keep partner and family data separate.

Suspension and reactivation

We may suspend your partner status, for example for a genuine breach of this Partner Agreement, our Terms of Service, or applicable law, or for referral activity that is fraudulent, misleading, or not a genuine referral. While suspended, your referral link and code stop working for new visitors. A suspended partner can be reactivated at Tasks4Access’s discretion. Suspension does not remove your existing, already-earned commission history.

Acceptable use

You agree to represent Tasks4Access honestly and not to make claims about the product beyond what is stated on this website. You agree not to attempt to generate referrals through automated, deceptive, or self-referral means, and not to attempt to access another partner’s data, reporting, or referral code.

Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Partner Agreement and the Programme’s terms (including commission rates) from time to time. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify active partners. The agreement version you accepted when you applied is recorded against your application.

Ending your participation

You may stop participating in the Programme at any time by contacting us. Any commission already earned and not yet reversed remains payable according to the schedule above.
